General Summary:

The Production Supervisor: Operations is responsible for managing other employees in
meeting production schedules and in complying with all applicable local and state laws and
regulations.

Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
  1. Comply with all applicable government regulations and Company policies and procedures,
    including sanitation, security, workplace safety, confidentiality, and seed-to- sale software
    requirements, among others.
  2. Lead, schedule, and supervise the work of a multiple production employees. Tasks may
    include, but are not limited to: media preparation; cloning; transplanting; feeding nutrients;
    irrigation; pruning; trimming; pest monitoring; pesticide application; facilities and
    equipment installation, monitoring, maintenance and trouble-shooting; harvesting;
    trimming; packaging; laboratory work; extractions and processing.
  3. Responsible for inventory management and raw materials.
  4. Ensure all work in completed in adherence to all safety policies and guidelines.
  5. Conducts weekly safety training and safety inspections on jobsites.
  6. Provide upfront and ongoing training and mentorship to production employees.
  7. Monitor and support employee safety, morale and productivity. As needed, track relevant
    operating data (e.g., employee task completion times, plant characteristics) in order to
    support decision-making.
  8. Assist with the employee life cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, training, time cards,
    and performance management.
  9. Aid staff in preparing for audits and, as needed, assist state and local governmental auditors
    and law enforcement with their audits.
  10. Contribute to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  11. Effectively and efficiently document, collaborate and persuade by using software and
    telecommunications tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, calendars, text,
    chat, webinars, seed-to- sale and other software, etc.
  12. Perform the following physical tasks:
    a. Stand and walk for extended periods of time;
    b. Bend, squat and stoop, twist and bend the neck and waist and reach above and below
    shoulder height to grasp objects;
    c. Bend and lift loads of up to one hundred (100) lbs; and
    d. Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation;

General Summary:

Patient Service Associate position provides New Hampshire qualifying patients with outstanding service and assistance in helping them obtain their cannabis medicine at our ATC’s in Dover and Lebannon. Patient Service Associate has responsibility and takes an active role in:

Serving qualifying patients and caregivers in obtaining their medicine


On-going training in customer service delivery


Assists in dispensary openings and closings and protecting dispensary assets by following Temescal Wellness operational policies and procedures


Complying with program regulations as it relates to retail operations/dispensing including use of seed to sale software


Maintain well-stocked and beautifully merchandised dispensary


Uphold all standards pertaining to dispensary cleanliness and Serv-Safe guidelines for infused products handling

General Summary:

The Production Associate position is responsible for the primary day-to-day production duties of a state of the art medical cannabis cultivation facility. These duties include cultivation, feeding, harvesting and trimming including finishing and packaging medicine. The Production Associate has responsibility and takes an active role in:

General Summary:

The Patient Service Associate is responsible for the service of medical cannabis patients assisting the Management team in all facets of dispensary operations of a retail facility located in Baltimore, MD, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including COMAR §§10.62.01-10.62.35. Extractions Technician Team Lead

General Summary:

The Extractions Technical Lead is responsible for data logging, SOP compliance, inventory compliance, extraction of raw material, post processing steps, infusion,and fulfilling orders created by Operations Management. This position may guide, lead, and take responsibility for operations in the Extractions space and direct other production associates as to their micro-tasks within the processing manufacturing chain.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Execute various primary extractions of raw cannabis material according to the SOP for that extraction technique without deviation from procedure; take detailed notes and track parameters; log those parameters into the spreadsheet for extractions data tracking at the direction of the Production Supervisor or Director of Operations.
  2. Lead and direct other production associates who may or may not be dedicated to extractions work to ensure successful manufacturing processes.
  3. Maintain and take responsibility for label creation of finished products, ensuring their accuracy and compliance prior to application to the packaging. Print labels from METRC that meet requirements set in the program design; check all labels prior to application to ensure that they are both correct and fully compliant; keep records of this process such that mistakes may be investigated and audited to determine necessary corrective action.
  4. Use record and calculator spreadsheet tools to manufacture cannabis infusions from concentrate according to SOP without deviation at the direction of the Production Supervisor or Director of Operations.
  5. Quarantine and sequester finished and work-in- progress products according to SOP without deviation to maintain an orderly and compliant inventory.
  6. Perform analytical testing as necessary for the infusion of finished products.
  7. Follow all relevant safety procedure for all operations and areas where it may be required.
  8. Perform light troubleshooting and machine maintenance on equipment when necessary.
  9. Package finished products including label application and product weighing as necessary and according to SOP without variance at the direction of the Production Supervisor or Director of Operations.
  10. Maintain METRC and any other inventory management software that may required at all times.
  11. Check, report, and maintain all necessary supply line items for the extraction, infusion, formulation, filling, packaging, and labeling of extracted and infused products.
  12. Consult with the Extractions Manager as necessary prior to adjusting anything in the program design.
  13. Contribute to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.

  1. Prior to receipt of final certificates of registration from the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC), assisting with the design and final fit-out of facilities, including SOP refinement and participation in state inspections to achieve final certificates of registration.
  2. Hiring, managing and supervising dispensary staff.
  3. Ensuring “seed to sale” software is used in compliance with program regulations.
  4. Start-up and on-going training/mentoring of dispensary staff.
  5. Overseeing dispensary openings and closings and protecting dispensary assets by following Temescal Wellness operational policies and procedures.
  6. Complying with program regulations as it relates to retail operations/dispensing, handling of all patient data and maintaining of patient database.
  7. Dispensary and staff scheduling, retail sales analysis and reporting, managing to target margin and labor metrics.
  8. Maintain well-stocked and beautifully merchandised dispensary.
  9. Uphold all standards pertaining to dispensary cleanliness and Serv-Safe guidelines for infused products handling.
  10. Maintain store security/building security and cash handling.
  11. Initiate seamless customer service by making every effort to find a product for patients if items are not in stock.

  14. Assisting state and local governmental auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits;

  16. Perform the following physical tasks:
    a. Stand and walk for extended periods of time;
    b. Bend, squat and stoop, twist and bend the neck and waist and reach above and below
    shoulder height to grasp objects;
    c. Bend and lift loads of up to one hundred (100) lbs; and
    d. Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation;

Qualifications
  1. Advanced and applied knowledge of high-volume retail sales best practices, especially the sale of consumable and health products

General Summary:

The Production Associate position is responsible for the primary day-to-day production duties of a state of the art medical cannabis cultivation facility. These duties include cultivation, feeding, harvesting and trimming including finishing and packaging medicine. The Production Associate has responsibility and takes an active role in:

Learning and following proprietary cultivation and production methods


Complying with program regulations as it relates to cultivation operations including proficient use of seed to sale software


Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to cultivation facility cleanliness
